TWAIN Investments Team

The Investments Team is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of tax credit investments. Our team partners investors to provide capital to developments utilizing various federal and state programs, including historic rehabilitation tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, renewable energy tax credits and property assessed clean energy financing. Through these programs, investors positively impact communities by providing necessary capital to otherwise challenging projects, which also enables them to reduce their federal and/or state tax liability.

Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting with all investment closings. These investments include, but are not limited to, Historic Tax Credit, Property Assessed Clean Energy, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. The Project Manager will work closely with the Associate General Counsel and third-party professionals to ensure accurate and efficient transaction closings. This role will involve extensive review of legal documents and a sophisticated understanding of tax credit investment structures. This full-time position is located in St. Louis, Missouri and requires limited travel.

Requirements

  • Degree in law or business is preferred
  • Applicants must be extremely detail oriented
  • Four years of experience in accounting, law, or finance is preferred
