Director of Client Services
Ricky Vigil joined Twain Financial Partners in January 2018. At Twain, Ricky oversees a team of Client Services Managers and Administrators, who manage an investment portfolio of over $4 billion that includes Historic, New Markets, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits as well as Property Assessed Clean Energy financing. Ricky also oversees management of a $10 million SBIC fund and his team provides loan servicing for hundreds of loans from hundreds of lenders. Ricky and his team work directly with clients upon closing throughout the compliance period and exit to ensure all bookkeeping, compliance, treasury and loan servicing needs of the investment are met. The team focuses on proactive communication to ensure a streamlined investment experience for our clients.
Ricky began his career with RubinBrown, LLP where he was a manager and also a member of the firm’s real estate group that focused on federal and state compliance under the low income housing tax credit program. Immediately prior to joining Twain Financial Partners, Ricky served as VP and CFO of Maryville Technologies where he was responsible for the company’s legal matters, federal and state tax compliance, as well as oversight of the company’s human resources, finance, accounting, and internal information technology teams.
Ricky received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Spanish from Truman State University. He is a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Missouri. Ricky is active within the Saint Louis community as a current member of both the Regional Business Council’s Young Professionals Network Steering Committee and Nurses for Newborns Young Professionals Board. Ricky also formerly served as the Board Chair for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Saint Louis.
