Andrew Meyer

Vice President and Associate General Counsel

Prior to joining Twain Financial Partners, Andrew was a real estate and finance attorney with Husch Blackwell LLP. While at Husch Blackwell, Andrew represented investors, developers and public bodies in connection with structuring, negotiating and closing real estate and public infrastructure transactions. He also counseled lenders and borrowers in real estate, construction and asset-based loan transactions and utilized federal, state and local public financing programs to help bridge gaps in project financing. Before Husch Blackwell, Andrew worked in the legal department of a large corporation and clerked for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in New York.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Dayton, an M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville and a J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
