As Director of Renewable Energy Development, Mark leads development efforts for Twain and is responsible for managing projects through the various stages of development. Prior to this role, Mark lead the underwriting team at Twain, where he was responsible for analyzing and mitigating risk for HTC, PACE, SLIHTC, REITC, ground lease transactions and other investment opportunities.
Previously, Mark served as Director of Client Services and was responsible for managing and administering a $4 billion New Markets Tax Credit Investments portfolio. Mark has been involved in finance and banking for over 20 years.
Mark received his BA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia and his MBA from Lindenwood University. When not working, Mark enjoys coaching youth sports, and following the football and basketball teams of the Missouri Tigers, his alma mater. Mark serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of St. Charles County currently serving as the Vice President.
