As Director of Real Estate, Will leads Twain’s origination team for various investment platforms, including Ground Lease Capital, Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing, and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) Equity.
Prior to joining Twain, Will worked at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation, managing a portfolio of tax credit equity investments. Will spent the previous 10 years working in commercial real estate in Chicago.
Will earned his MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago with dual concentrations in Real Estate and Management and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology.
