Twain works with over 50 different corporate and institutional investors to identify, close, and manage Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) investment portfolios. Twain offers full service management starting with identification, underwriting, and closing of CRE investments all the way through monitoring of investment performance and exit of the investment.
Twain has executed on investment portfolios utilizing the Commercial PACE program as well as a specialized Ground Lease program created by Twain. Twain also manages CRE portfolios within the Federal and State Historic Tax Credit programs and Federal and State New Markets Tax Credit programs.
