State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI)
The State Small Business Credit Initiative is a federally sponsored program that allocates federal funds to each state based on specific criteria. The funds are utilized for specific programs identified by the federal government that provide financial support to small businesses in a variety of ways. Each state is required to complete a federal application for the capital programs in which they plan to participate with specific detail on how they are positioned to execute successful deployment of the designated programs.
Twain partners with SSBCI participants to provide accounting, tracking, management, and program reporting to the state and ultimately the U.S. Treasury. Given our extensive experience in public private partnerships, Twain is well positioned to work with the various government agencies to provide them the custom reporting required for the program and ensure smooth implementation and management of the program throughout its compliance period.
