Allie serves as Director of Human Resources at Twain Financial Partners, where she leads the firm’s human resources function and is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive and people-centered workplace. She oversees all aspects of HR, including payroll and HRIS, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations and training and development, while also leading strategic initiatives that support Twain’s employees and organizational goals.
Allie has more than 15 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Twain, she held a variety of HR roles within the hospitality industry including Director of Human Resources at Schlafly and The Last Hotel. Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong relationships, developing practical, people-centered solutions and creating environments where employees can grow and succeed.
Allie earned her degree in Human Resources Management from Fontbonne University and is SHRM-SCP certified. Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
