Twain provided C-PACE financing for the construction of the 96-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wentzville, Missouri. TownePlace Suites targets extended stay travelers with spacious suites and amenities including fully equipped kitchens, a market pantry, and guest laundry rooms. This project is the developer’s third hotel in the growing Wentzville market and it is expected to be completed by Q1 2024.
