Twain provided an aggregate of $14 million in Ground Lease financing to Rocket Car Wash, which helped fund the expansion into four new locations in California, Nebraska, and Iowa. The Omaha, NE location is fully operational, with the Iowa and California washes expected to be completed later in 2023. Rocket Car Wash is known for its industry-leading wash experience, as well as staying engaged with their communities by supporting local charities and organizations.
