In September 2022, Twain closed on $18 million in ground lease financing to fund the remaining construction costs and tenant improvements on a new, 73,603 square foot retail promenade in the heart of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Ohio. The Hall of Fame Village is a mixed-use development designed to bring new life to Canton by honoring its roots as the birthplace of the National Football League and creating a premier destination. The new facility is finishing up construction and has a targeted completion date in the fourth quarter of 2022. Retail tenants will include Shula’s Restaurant, Build-A-Bear, and Brew Kettle.
