Twain’s ground lease financing was recently highlighted in a Bisnow article.
Twain’s ground leases are attractive to developers for several reasons, but as Erik Lintvedt highlights, “developers that sell their land sites and then sign ground lease agreements can significantly cut down the amount of equity they need to raise.” This appeals to many developers, especially as construction costs are rising.
